What it’s about
Arriving as part of his EP The Game Needs Us, this track sees BNXN delivering another piece of his signature African sound. Known for soulful Afro-fusion hits like Finesse and Gwagwalada, the Nigerian singer-songwriter works within a brief two-and-a-half-minute window on this release. Going by the title, the song hints at themes of readiness, certainty, or moving ahead without delay. Released through 1789, T.Y.E., and EMPIRE, it carries an explicit tag that suggests a direct, unfiltered edge to his usual melodic style.
