At Topcitytune we try to get every story right. When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and openly.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the link to the story and what is wrong. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
What we do
- Small errors (a spelling, a date, a name) are corrected in the story.
- Significant errors are corrected and a note is added at the end of the story saying what was changed and when.
- If a story is fundamentally wrong, we remove it or replace it with an explanation.
Takedown requests
If you own a photo, recording or other content on our site and want it removed, email info@topcitytune.com with the link and proof of ownership. We review every request promptly.
