In the leaked recording, Portable demanded that Ashabi meet him at a hospital for a DNA test before he would consider paying child support. He stated that her frequent absences from their home during their relationship led him to question his paternity, even though he acknowledged that the babies resemble him.

Portable claimed that Ashabi would disappear for four out of seven days due to her film shoots, which he used to justify his doubts. He expressed frustration over reports of Ashabi contacting his manager, warning that she would pursue legal action if he continued to withhold financial support.

Ashabi also accused Portable of domestic violence, stating that he was beating his first wife, Bewaji, for supporting her. Furthermore, she mentioned that she was unaware of Portable’s marriage when she got pregnant.
