Nigerian Afrobeats singer Omah Lay has dropped a fresh offering titled "Keep Going," adding another track to his growing musical catalog this year. The release comes immediately after details emerged regarding another recent recording titled "Silence," where he teamed up with acclaimed singer Tems.
The arrival of "Keep Going" was reported by music blog Tooxclusive on Tuesday morning, highlighting the singer's steady flow of new sounds for his listeners. Just hours earlier, music platform TrendyHipHop shared "Silence," drawing quick interest from music lovers eager to hear the two stars perform together.
The new music adds to a productive period for the Port Harcourt-born artist, who has maintained an active presence on the charts. Last month, he dropped his track "Holy Ghost," and earlier this year, he presented fans with his album titled "CLARITY OF MIND."
Omah Lay broke into mainstream prominence in 2020 through successful extended plays such as "Get Layd" and "What Have We Done." Over the years, the singer has built an extensive discography featuring hit records like "Godly" and "Understand," alongside his widely praised debut studio album, "Boy Alone."
He has also built a strong reputation for his collaborative work across the music scene, having joined voices with artists such as Olamide on the hit record "Infinity," as well as working alongside stars like Davido. Meanwhile, his collaborator on "Silence," Grammy-winning singer Tems, has similarly established herself globally through prominent releases, including her celebrated contribution to Wizkid's international hit "Essence."
