Nigerian Afrobeats singer Joeboy has returned to the music scene with a lively party anthem titled "Pretty Girls." The track, officially rolled out on November 6, 2026, serves as a feel-good blend of Afrobeats and Afro-pop designed for clubs and festive gatherings.
The record leans into Joeboy's Lavida Boy persona, spotlighting confident and self-reliant women who value peace of mind and love having a good time. Through playful Pidgin lines and rhythmic chants, the singer toasts to stress-free ladies who dance, flex, and steer clear of unnecessary trouble, according to Voxtrendy.
Before its official drop, a short preview of the track stirred discussions on social media. A segment of music fans noticed rhythmic similarities between the song's bounce and "That Girl," the hit collaboration between Darkoo and Asake.
The new single expands Joeboy’s extensive run of dance-ready anthems. It arrives months after his June 2026 offering, "YBTM," and follows full-length projects such as his 2025 album "Viva Lavida" and his 2026 body of work "Agaba Romantic."
Since breaking out through emPawa Africa, the singer has built a strong catalogue featuring popular hits like "All For You," "Telephone," and "Count Me Out." With "Pretty Girls," the musician continues to deliver catchy hooks centered on romance, nightlife, and effortless fun.
