Creative practitioner Sam Ifon is making plans to set up a dedicated music house in Lagos, according to a report by The Sun Nigeria. The proposed hub is aimed at strengthening creative activities within the commercial hub of the country.
As part of the arrangements, Ifon is also seeking collaborators and business partners to team up on the project. The venture is structured to bring fresh opportunities to local creative talents and enhance production capabilities within the state.
Lagos remains the major heartbeat of Nigeria’s entertainment industry, drawing creators from across the continent who want to build platforms for emerging and established acts. Establishing physical facilities, recording hubs, and creative centres has continually served as a foundation for discovering fresh voices and expanding the reach of Nigerian music.
Further details regarding the launch timeline, specific location within Lagos, and the full scope of services the music facility will provide are expected to be unveiled as talks with prospective partners progress.
