Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has displayed special wedding presents sent to him and his wife, Davita, by billionaire businessman Tony Elumelu. The gesture followed the couple's star-studded traditional wedding ceremony held in Lagos over the weekend.
The music star shared photographs of the packages on his Instagram Story, adding a direct tag to the Heirs Holdings chairman. According to Hetty's Media, the gifts were wrapped in white paper, individually marked for the groom and bride, and accompanied by compliment cards bearing handwritten notes signed "TOE."
The messages from Elumelu offered warm congratulations and praised the newlyweds. This thoughtful act extended the celebrations for the music star, whose real name is Omoniyi Raphael, after days of festivities that caught widespread attention across social media platforms.
Tagged #DTTheUnion, the ceremony took place on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The occasion honoured the couple’s backgrounds, featuring Edo-style attire with red coral beads before the pair switched into coordinated Yoruba traditional clothing.
Top entertainment figures turned out in large numbers to support the Zanku Records boss. Afrobeats star Davido, who previously collaborated with the rapper on hit songs like "Sweet in the Middle," served as one of the groomsmen. Other notable attendees included Fuji maestro K1 De Ultimate, Phyno, Teni, Peruzzi, Reekado Banks, Iyabo Ojo, Broda Shaggi, and Cute Abiola.
The couple, who are parents to two sons, had earlier organised a private civil wedding before hosting friends and family for the customary rites. Beyond Elumelu's packages, the couple also received gifts from other prominent figures, including three cows presented by Nigerian footballer Victor Boniface.
