Bournemouth continued their fine run in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday after fighting back to claim a 3-1 away win against Sparta Prague. The result keeps the English side at the top of the standings with four consecutive victories in the competition, according to Punch.

The match in the Czech Republic started with drama when Bournemouth midfielder Lewis Cook struck the post from a first-half penalty. Sparta Prague soon capitalised as Gambian attacker Ebrima Singhateh ran all the way from his own half to finish a brilliant solo move.

The hosts were reduced to 10 men before the break following a red card for Tobias Guddal. Bournemouth made their numerical advantage count in the second half, with Tyler Adams finding the net in the 57th minute to level the contest.

Substitutes made the difference late in the game for the visitors. Evanilson put Bournemouth ahead with nine minutes left on the clock, before Rayan sealed the points with a third goal in the closing stages.

Bournemouth manager Marco Rose praised the team's momentum, noting that the squad must remain focused as they prepare for a Premier League clash with Ipswich this weekend. The win marked their seventh straight victory across all competitions.

It was a frustrating night for AC Milan, who were beaten 2-0 at San Siro by Ferencvaros. Haiti forward Lenny Joseph struck twice in the second period for the Hungarian side, despite teammate Bamidele Yusuf receiving a red card during the match.

The loss leaves Ruben Amorim's AC Milan on three points after four games, placing them outside the top 24 in the league phase. Amorim expressed disappointment over poor errors and admitted the team were unprepared, though he insisted they will continue fighting for qualification.

Elsewhere, Crystal Palace salvaged a 1-1 draw against Hoffenheim at Selhurst Park. Alexander Prass put the visitors ahead early on, and Palace suffered a blow when Adam Wharton was dismissed for a second yellow card. However, Daichi Kamada struck in stoppage time to rescue a point for Pierre Sage’s side.
