Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Lizzy Anjorin has been honoured with two awards at the ninth edition of the Nigeria-Canadian Celebrities Entertainment Awards, according to Vanguard News.
The event, which celebrates Nigerian creatives and public figures making an impact both at home and abroad, recognised Anjorin's contributions to the entertainment landscape.
The actress has built a steady profile in the Nigerian creative space over the years. Primarily active in the Yoruba film sector, she has featured in and produced numerous movies, including titles such as Kofo Tinubu and Owo Naira Bet.
Beyond acting, Anjorin has also established herself as a businesswoman running fashion and retail ventures. Her activities in commerce and entertainment have frequently kept her in the public eye.
