Tottenham Hotspur will look to extend their impressive run of form when they travel to Elland Road to face Leeds United in a Saturday lunchtime Premier League fixture.

Roberto De Zerbi’s team head into the contest on the back of three consecutive victories, keeping clean sheets in their recent 2-0 triumphs over Chelsea and Crystal Palace following a 3-1 win against Coventry. Another victory in West Yorkshire would guarantee Spurs a place in the upper half of the table before the upcoming international break.

The Italian manager has also opened the door for teenage prospect Luca Williams-Barnett to make a significant step in his senior career. According to Goal.com, De Zerbi stated that the youngster is fully prepared to earn his first Premier League start, saying "he can play from the beginning" ahead of the trip to Leeds.

Tottenham must manage an extensive list of missing players, however. The North London club are coping without defender Tosin Adarabioyo, alongside Lucas Bergvall, Wilson Odobert, Mykhaylo Mudryk, Savinho, Xavi Simons, Rodrigo Bentancur, and Richarlison. Despite these absences, attackers Mathys Tel, Mohammed Kudus, and Omar Marmoush are expected to lead the charge.

For Leeds United, the home fixture comes at a difficult moment in their campaign. Daniel Farke’s team have gone three matches without a win, most recently suffering a 2-0 loss against Bournemouth after stalemates with Manchester United and Sunderland. Leeds have also failed to score in their last two outings and are searching for their first league victory since defeating Newcastle in September.

Leeds are dealing with squad issues of their own, as Joe Rodon, Noah Okafor, and Mateo Joseph are all ruled out. However, Elland Road remains a tough venue, with the home side unbeaten on their own ground in league competition since March.

Tottenham boast a strong head-to-head record against their hosts, having avoided defeat in their last six encounters with Leeds and winning on their previous three trips to Elland Road.
